This project involved the complete renovation of a private apartment, redesigned to create a calm, contemporary, and highly functional living space.
The intervention covered interior architecture, space planning, custom storage solutions, kitchen and bathroom design, materials selection, and lighting. A warm minimalist aesthetic was developed through the use of natural wood, stone surfaces, and soft neutral tones, resulting in a cohesive and timeless residential interior.

The full apartment renovation involved a comprehensive redesign of all internal spaces, from demolition and reconfiguration to bespoke interior solutions tailored to everyday living. The project focused on spatial clarity, natural light, and long-term functionality, creating a calm and cohesive residential environment.
Design Approach
Rather than treating each room as an isolated space, the apartment was conceived as a continuous architectural sequence, where materials, proportions, and light guide movement and perception.
Key principles included:
- Optimizing spatial flow to improve everyday usability
- Enhancing natural light through layout refinement and material reflectivity
- Integrating custom-built furniture to maximize storage while maintaining visual order
Kitchen & Bathroom Design
Particular attention was given to the kitchen and bathroom, conceived as architectural elements rather than purely functional zones.
These spaces were designed to:
- Act as visual anchors within the apartment
- Integrate seamlessly with adjacent living areas
- Balance durability with refined detailing
High-quality materials such as natural stone, warm wood finishes, and textured surfaces were selected to create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.
Materials & Atmosphere
A restrained and timeless material palette defines the entire project, combining:
- Natural woods
- Stone surfaces
- Matte finishes
- Soft, neutral tones
This careful selection reinforces a sense of quiet elegance, allowing the architecture to remain the focal point while supporting daily life.
The Result
The outcome is a serene and functional home where architectural coherence and everyday comfort are seamlessly combined. The space feels balanced, durable, and adaptable — designed not only for immediate impact, but for long-term living.
